Graeme Scott is the founder of Culmen Capital, where he leads initiatives to connect companies with institutional and retail investors. Before founding Culmen Capital, he gained valuable experience in management consulting at KPMG, further strengthening his strategic and analytical skills. Graeme holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Psychology, Law, and Economics from the University of Amsterdam, and his innovative approach and industry expertise drive the growth and success of emerging businesses.
Abdu Khol 🇺🇸

Abdu Khol is the Co-founder and COO of Culmen Capital, where he leverages advanced marketing strategies to connect businesses with both institutional and retail investors. Prior to founding Culmen Capital, he held key roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Chief Data Office Analyst for Equities and at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Analyst in Equities & Equity Derivatives. Abdu holds degrees from the University of Michigan and Kozminski University, and his strategic leadership drives the growth and success of emerging businesses.
Paul Shultz 🇫🇷
Managing Director
With a career spanning over two decades, Paul has held significant roles, including Head of Project Finance at the State Energy Company of Oman, where they managed a $14 billion portfolio and developed major solar and hydrogen projects. Paul has also been a Managing Director at First Heartland Group, overseeing investment banking initiatives, and has recently advised ABO Energy and Finance-In-Motion on their investments in renewable energy and hydrogen projects. His strategic leadership and deep industry expertise drives growth and success in the capital raise process.
Andrew Wynd 🇬🇧
Managing Director
Andrew Wynd brings fifteen years of experience in investment banking and investing to his role as Managing Director at Culmen Capital. He previously led the private capital, liquidity, and capital markets division at Kuvari Partners for over seven years. His main focus is on growth equity, where he has deployed several billion dollars in investments. Andrew has also held positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London, MSK Capital in New York, and worked as business development and head of capital markets at a corporate.
